Our Policy

RESERVATIONS A 50% deposit is required when making your reservation. The balance, plus a $200 damage deposit, is due four weeks prior to your arrival date. Bookings are by the week or longer, and our preferred rental period begins Saturday afternoon and ends Saturday morning.
(In 2 p.m. - Out 10 a.m.)

	REFUND POLICY Rental fee is refundable (less $100) if alternate guests book. HOUSEKEEPING We provide a starter package of household items. There are plenty of spices, and you are welcome to anything in the cupboards or refrigerator. Our housekeeper, cleans on Saturday and arrives around 9:30 a.m. Our gardener, also works on Saturday. The house has an excellent instruction book that explains how everything works. It also lists restaurants, fishing restrictions and ferry schedules. We highly recommend you take the time to read the book when you arrive.
